Went into the whanganui drive through on Thursday 11/09/25 about 11.00 am , I was a little bit rattled with the app and a bit rude to the lady on the speaker, the lady told me to drive round to window she helped me with the app. Her name was Michelle and she was awesome and patient. I apologized for being a bit snappy ....Great service

I always get the best experience going through the drive thru when Jesse is working he’s always in a good mood and positive and makes me leave the store happy and already wanting to go back.

I went in here with my son on a Saturday night. It was quiet. Service was great. My son has Down Syndrome and the staff on the counter took their time to understand him and take his order. They even gave him a sample ice drink to try the flavour before he committed to buying it, just in case he didn't like it. Way to go team. You rock.

Your typical fast food restaurant. If ordering and expecting you'll get the Burger in the picture, you will be disappointed. I saying that it still beats McDonald's
